Lack of flexibility with hotel policies, such as not allowing a guest to enter the room before the credit card owner arrives. Slow room service and dim lighting in the living room.

The breakfast is for the delicious Turkish coffee, its service is EXCEPTIONAL. Not to mention that it is located near to train or sea port.

Exceptionally clean and spacious apartment close enough to many good restaurants, and Istanbul. New and quiet place for good price. Situated in a prime and best possible spot. Nice surrounding, set close to metro line.

Well-maintained rooms, a microwave oven, air conditioner and a personal safe provided for convenience. It was in the best possible and convenient place. The staff were very very helpful and top-class in all circumstances, I really enjoyed them all.

The room size was great, giving us plenty of space to relax during our Easter holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any questions or concerns. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet that was offered each morning, providing a variety of options to start our day off right.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. We noticed some dust and dirt in certain areas, which made us question the thoroughness of the housekeeping.

Rooms are tidy and you can use central heating, a safe box and multi-channel television. The design is nice. They can offer breakfast for the delicious Turkish coffee. Staff are amazingly friendly and gentle, I had a really really nice stay for make my vacation perfect. The location is unbeatable and magnificent, on a hill.

A nice size apartment for good value. My venue was awesome and tidy really close to Istanbul and the best restaurants and shopping malls in Istanbul. Although the bed was very hard, I liked the apartment it was perfect. Sea view from the windows. Attentive and best staff, from room boy to manager. Appreciated the easy check-in too. Its location was stunning and peaceful for me and my kid.
